Twelfth: The store’s policy of canceling the order or banning transactions:

5- If any store customer does these things, he will be banned and prevented from dealing with us immediately. .
Thirteenth: The customer’s violation of the regulations, terms and conditions:

A- Shipping:

B- Delivery time :
1- The agreed-upon shipping period upon order completion is from 14 to 29 working days. 5 working days may be added for force majeure circumstances related to shipping and manufacturing. The customer is prohibited from submitting a cancellation request, refunding the amount paid, or taking any legal action before it passes. 4- Our priority is to ensure that shipping companies deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to shipping companies' schedule pressures, reasons beyond our control, or circumstances of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
