Twelfth: The store’s policy of canceling the order or banning transactions:
The store (establishment) reserves the right to cancel the order or ban and prevent it from dealing with us for any of the following reasons: :-
1- Payment failed, if payment is not completed within 24 hours of submitting the request .
2- If the delivery address given by the customer is incorrect or the contact information is incorrect .
3- The customer’s failure to attend or his delay in receiving the order for more than (10) days to receive his order from the shipping company .
4- Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse, retaliation, or defamation) and any defamation of his reputation on social media or otherwise, which the customer acknowledges that he has seen .
5- If any store customer does these things, he will be banned and prevented from dealing with us immediately. .
Thirteenth: The customer’s violation of the regulations, terms and conditions:
1- The customer acknowledges that he waives all his rights in the event of his violation of the regulations, terms and conditions, and the customer acknowledges that any filming of conversations is in violation of the store’s terms and conditions or threatening to do so, and he has the right to compensate the store as a result of the damage that was caused by comments, posts, etc. .
